Dual VLAN/Network with Multiple Destination
Networks
The scenario above is sufficient if the servers are directly connected to (or are within the same broadcast domain)
as the internal network of the Equalizer. However, if there are servers that are connected to the internal network of
Equalizer through a router, additional configuration steps are necessary.
This corresponds to the following scenario:
Any time devices are connected to Equalizer through a router, a destination network definition is required. In Single
VLAN/Subnet with a Default Gateway, we used the shortcut method for specifying a destination network: because
the network was the 0/0 network (meaning everything that is not directly connected to Equalizer), we simply used
the def_src_addr flag inside of the external subnet. Now we need to specify a second destination network, so we
need to do so manually. (If the def_src_addr flag is set on any subnet, it must be removed before manual DSS
configuration can be performed).
We start with the configuration in Dual VLAN/Network with Outbound NAT.
